Hey guys,
I'm looking at buying the following track off a member "136" camoplast ripsaw pt#9969H full clipped with 214 woody's 1.450" mega bites and double backers" ... i am concerned the studs are too tall?
This is meant to go into my '03 RX1 and i plan to get TracksUSA rail extensions.
Any thoughts? are the studs too much?

I wouldn't recommend a used studded track in any instance. Studs kill sleds, and make them slower from all that rotating mass.
That seems like quite a lot of studs for only a 136" track, meaning a lot of the track's cords have been cut, meaning it is much weaker and likely to stretch. When studded tracks stretch, they throw studs into heat exchangers, or into the face of the rider behind you.
I'm pretty sure the OEM track was a 1.5" lug, so you should be okay for clearance.

There are many people using those studs with no problems. If you are at all concerned you can add extra material to the tunnel protectors and keep an eye on your track tension. 214 is alot of studs though. I run 162.

One of the main reason's poeple pull studes out of tracks is they don't put enough studes in to handle the load. 214 in a 136" track is only 4 per window. But that is my track for sale !!!
