Help! ghost reving on a Nytro

Trying to figure out what my turbo Nytro will sometimes keep the revs up (4k or so) after I have let the throttle go. I've checked the throttle cable and it's not sticking. If the throttle bodies are closed and for some reason it's still getting fuel, wouldn't it flood?

I've discovered that if I pull the vacuum line off the boost gauge the revs will drop and although it runs rougher, it won't do it anymore


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We just ran into the same problem in the shop on a Nytro.It turned out to be no power at the idle motor.There was a pin out in the harness

does the nytro run a IAC?

The Iac(idle motor) is near the centre throttle body ahead of the gas tank

did the sled throw a trouble code when the wire was not connecting?

Yes it did.I can't remember what the code # was but it did represent the Idle motor
