My throttle position sensor is stuck at 30 I have checked the throttlebodies and cables and changed the tps but no luck has anyone else had this happen what did you do to fix it.
Please reply as soon as possible I'm hoping to leave for revy in the AM

If its stuck at 30 I would make sure your in the correct test mode.
Also, do you have a drivability problem now? Eric

my sled went through 2 sets of plugs in 150km and it runs like crap it also wont idle at all I have put in a new tps and it reads the same I am in D1 on my screen and moving my tps between 30 and 100.
PS I can't get cr10ek plugs out west here my dealer does not stock any!

So its not actually stuck at 30 but your saying 30 is the closed position and 100 is wide open correct? Doesnt sound like a TPS problem to me. You can throw parts at a problem for a long time before you guess right. I would take it to a dealer that knows what there doing.
As for the plugs, That isnt a dealer part. You need to go to an auto supply store and just order them by the part number. Its a NGK plug. Eric

Just put in new tps and new plugs she runs like a champ now guess I got a bum sensor on the first replacement the second one calibrated fine.
I guess my dealer does know what he's talking about!!!!

Those sensors are junk somehow moisture gets inside them.Lots of problems with them.I think if you drilled a small hole in the side and dried them out then applied a bit of silicone to seal up they would work again.I fixed mine that way.
