My '11 Vector had an introduction to a small pine tree this weekend. I've broke off the upper Dampening Adjuster knob on the stock Clicker Shock and now it's leaking. It looks like the complete Valve Sub-Assembly could be removed and replaced but the Yamaha On-Line parts diagram doesn't show this as a replaceable assembly .. just the Knob and Screw.

Anybody had experience replacing the Adjuster assembly? It sure would be cheaper than replacing the shock.Local Yamee dealers are closed today for an Ontario holiday and I'm trying to find out what it's going to take to be on the trails again next weekend with good suspension

Actualy I just had a call from Frank at shock tech today saying that my GYTR clickers were in the mail on their way back. Thats exactly what I had done. Give him a call, he is excelent to deal with.

Thanks for all the tips guys. I'll definitely be looking for a rebuild tech but it'll have to wait til next week. Sledding this weekend to the Eganville races, but with a slightly leaking shock and will get it rebuilt next week. Just learned I have a internationally known suspension tech living 30-mins from me (Joe Skid) but he's on Vacation til next week.

Yamaha could not supply the Valving sub-assembly and wanted me to pay $600 for a new Shock LOL. Again, thanks for the help as it'll definitely be used
