I have a 6 1/2 foot x 16 foot plus a 2 foot nose. I am wondering how you guys lay out your flooring mats and runners for two sleds ?

Caliper mat? The type of mat purchased usually determines the layout. Suggest googling: caliper snowmobile mat, see the images. Also may depend on trailer/sled hold down points, open/closed trailer, ramp, etc

Oh, don't forget the 100/150 bag of SS screws. You have to order them. Find the ones with larger head so you don't need washers, or just get what they recommend, extra bit too... I use a drywall screw gun for install (variable speed). AND don't forget to paint (protect) the floor/deck of the trailer first
