I have my XTX setup with the Hygear revalve package and twisted springs( triple rate on ski shocks and dual on the center shock). I still find the sled really rough on the small stutter bumps and it's not a soft ride at all. Anyone have info or tips on how to adjust these shocks, im sure they must be a huge improved over the stock setup. also how do most run the front limiter strap ? mine looks tight while sitting on the garage floor with no one sitting on it, should i run it alittle loose? We have no groomed trails yet this season either just a bunch of 6-18" bumps the whole way.
Just springs or did you get a revalve?

i had the 4 shocks all revavled at the same time, also added hygear spring spacers for the rear.

I would call Hygear. You payed good money for their setup, their knowledge, and their customer service. Give them a call and get what you paid for.
Then post the fix / results here.. lol

Did you specify to Hygear as to what your goal was? I have found their package to be a significant improvement over stock. Talk to Ross first and seek his recommendation for fine tuning.. I run my strap in stock position.. Found my best setup was with all three shocks with compression set at softest and played with the rebound to achieve best ride. Full transfer to minimize coupling for improved ride quality. Finally, I removed one cross over in front mid tender spring to lower front for handling.

I will give that a try. I did place all clickers on softest setting but didn't play with the rebound on either. Im also curious about the twisted springs it's all new to me, do you guys run the springs loose like the stock ones ? Just ordered lower ball joint kit from sled toys to tighten the front end along with ulmer bushings. Just recieved my curve skis today will see how it all works out.

From my experience the rebound knob allows for most adjustment to achieve a compliant ride. Start in middle and soften it enough until you find your comfort zone. If you soften it too much it tends too have more body roll but do not be afraid to try it as you can always back it off. These are just my observations and mental notes I used for tuning my Xtx...

That's how I always set mine up too. Run the preload as soft as I can without bottoming, and adjust compression from there. If you find yourself running the shocks at full compression, bump the preload a notch and start over with the shocks.
