I have noticed under acceleration on bottom end that there is a hesitation. Its almost like it hits a rev limiter for a split second then pulls hard again. Is this from the fi not reacting fast enough to the throttle? Anyone else have this happen??

Normal...caused by the reduced engine braking system. Sometimes more noticable with aftermarket exhaust.

just got my nitro back from the 1st service break-in.....dealer told me that the throttle cable in the thumb throttle was routed wrong and causing mine to hesitate and not run tops.....may want to have yours checked to see if that helps the problem....i had more play then normal in the throttle

I have heard that before... I just don't get how that could cause this hesitation. I will have to check mine out. Nothin to lose. 8

Tightened it up a little. I guess we will see if it makes any difference tomorrow.

i guess just like the cars...eveything is comtuterzied.....who knows ???
I notice the hesitation a little on mine. It seems to appear when you chop the throttle and get on it again right away. I have adjusted my riding. I like to keep a little throttle while entering the corners and whack it at the apex, this seems to alleviate the hesitation.
