Hello, my name is Len. I find this forum is right on time. I just bought a 2002 grizzly, on ebay. It needed alot of atttention. Now, I am a mechanic, with 20+ years of experiance, on many and various machines.
Anyways, back to my machine. I bought it from an ebay dealer for about 5 grand, it has 1200 miles on it. The rear brake, was worn to the max. I had to go 100 miles, to get the pads, right now, so I could evaluate the noise, on time so I knew it was just the brakes. The idle was badly adjusted, I had to adjust the valves, then the carb. Now it starts and runs. The machine has an oil leak between( what I will call the splitter, and the reardrive). I have bought the factory manual, it is is not very helpful without the net, and experiance. Anyways, I want to share, knowledge and experiance. Thanks, Len

Welcome to the site. It would be great to hear your progress on your used machine repairs. The Grizzly is one great 4x4..... ;)!

Whats happening!! Awesome site, I'm a Grizzly owner of 2 months with 200 miles and love the machine.

You all need any assistance with this site let me know!!

The 660 sure is a great quad  we have just over 3,000km on ours and its a work quad so it gets used hard.
The only thing to ever go wrong(2 weeks ago) was a stuck valve. Our dealer said that is almost the only thing to go wrong with the 660.

Thats not that common, The issues I hear the most is the problems with the drive shafts with big tires....Welcome to the site jrot013 ;)!
