Anybody have an MCX 240 Nytro (or similar) that they trail ride 3000miles a year or more on? Would this set up reliable and trouble free if installed correctly? Will it survive on premium fuel only? Just don't want to create a headache and loose valuable riding time in the season that is already too short!

dubla92 - the MCXpress systems are designed to run on premium fuel and will live happily if run at the stock turbo pressure as delivered from MCX.
They would be reliable at that powerlevel, no problem.
BTW - would you mind filling in your location in your user profile, it's a site requirement.

Just watch your AFR and you're fine.
OEM fuelpump seem to loose capacity as miles go bye, so an fuelpickup from MCX and an external fuelpump would be my first upgrade.
