Hit 120 on the ATTAK

120 MPH on the dream meter, 112 on the GPS... and today it is warm -1 celcius so I can still do better, just put in heel clickers on with the HX-C secondary roller

I aslo have the apex front gear 24 instead of the 23 original in the ATTAK... every thing else is stock on the machine...

It was on snow, i'm not pinned, and snow was semi-hard but I've seen better conditions.. especially the warm weather, just below freezing, so she still got some in here...

Ive seen 129 on my Attak w/ Hauck pipe. I weigh 170 unsuited. Same speed as my warriors would do with ECP, Bender pipe, and HC's

i have a BONE stock attak that has showed me 130 a couple times on a perfect day. i weigh 220 suited up. will run 123 every day. this is dream meter speed only and on a very long pull, no studs and no spin. very pleased with this machine out of the box.

I've seen a lot of stock ATTAKS top at 105 around here... GPS the speedo always shows 10 more...

You guys are fast...

a few weeks ago running up trail 347(river) from Shawanagin I saw 121MPH on the speedo. Conditions were 0 degrees and solid hard pack. I did not have a GPs so I have no Idea what my real speed was,im guessing 110-114 maybee.

When I got 112 on the gps... the speedo said 120... so thats probably the ball park...



PS, i did mine in shawinigan also a -1 degrees...

Brothers Attak ran 129 on the speedo, 116 mph on the gun with a 24 gear vice stock 23 gear.

Stock 23 gear ran 105 mph on the gun.

Conditions were less than perfect.

Changing the gear does not hurt any performace.

It certainly helps top end.

Seems to me if you go bigger in front, you get more speed...???

If not I'M confused... ATTAK has 23 gear in front for more torque, less top speed, so puting the Apex gear should stretch it out a little and get more top...RASH

Exactly right Rash,

24 gear gives you more top end. We feel its a better gear. Sled turns 10,500 rpm.

My brothers Attak pulled hard throughout.

I knew I wasen't that much off.... So anyway, gained approx 4 mph top with the 24 gear which is exactly the % expected when you calculate the more distance for one rotation from 23 to 24 teeth...
