For all those that are interested it N20 for your sled we are carrying the Holtman kits as well as the Boss Noss kits. It appears Holtzman has the ticket for the RX-1 at the moment.

They have RX-1 specific kits in 30HP & 45HP configurations. Additionally there is the "NOS-Pro" version and universal kits for most other applications.

Contact info@ccperformance.com or call 313.369.2447 for additional info and pricing.

How much for the Holtzman 45hp kit ? and how much cheaper if we were to say get 6 or more of us to buy ? I have been kicking this around for 6 months now and just can't pull the trigger to do it. :o|

Curt, this is Jim, I talked to you about a month ago about the Holtzman kit and getting my chrome tip's done, I ended up having a friend get them done for free at the plant that he works at. I had to take advantage of that deal. I would need the 45hp kit for the RX-1 with the filters on it. We talked about the 2 nozzle's you would need to run with the filters, and I am sure their are alot of other guy's needing the same thing, so if we can get a bunch of other guy's to sign up for this, could you give us a ballpark price on this type of setup ?

Thanks for all your help Curt, You would be doing all us Tyer's a huge favor, especially this time of year.

So c'mon guy's, lets see how many kit's we can get off Curt. ;)!

Curt, here is how my exhaust turned out incase you did not see my earlier post.

I have talked to Barry twice about getting a Nitrous kit for my RX-1. I would need a set up for the ECP filters as well.
I too just can't seem to pull the trigger on a system that has limitations on how long it is useful. I'm a bit worried that just about the time I'd need it most I'd run out of juice.
Is there a place to store a second bottle?
Barry said it would be around $800 for a setup with filters because it requires an additional nozzle assembly.
If we can get a set up for the $600 range I'd probably get one too.

Very easy to fill bottles. Can fill bottles in less time than it takes someone to fill up with fuel. And that is even removing the bottle from the sled.

My version that I have on my 05 RX1, is a 60 horse shot from Holtzman. Stock timing, and no other mods other than carb springs and clutching.

Ok, now I want atleast a 60 h.p. shot too! I heard there is a 75 h.p. shot available too! it's double edged sword though. The more nitrous you use per shot, the more horse power you get BUT it also means your bottle runs out just that much faster. Hum.........................
Frosty

I to am very interested in the kit. I have been podering this for some time now but have not pulled the trigger. I also was wondering with the 45ph shot do you have to run high octane fuel. For me that was the deciding factor not to get a kit last year I was told I would have to have octane boost with me. If we can get the cost down on a group buy I am in!
