I have a 06 apex gt how do u service the clutches on them should u oil them up if so what to u and were to oil them

do not oil them ever. blow them out with an air gun 1st then remove them and dissasemble and wash with scrub brush in hot soapy water. then inspect for worn parts and reassemble.

Disassemble them, put them in the dishwasher when the wife is not home, reassemble, check for wear and re-install. You should be ok, my clutches have 23,000 km on them and the only thing replace is the bushing in the primary and the bushing and buttons in the secondary last year.

Tbay is correct.... Blow them out, and use the dishwasher. I emry the inside of my sheaves a little evenly for some grip. Other than that inspect,and clean good

If they are oxidized or pitted from sitting or trailering follow the general aluminum polishing process. Depending on how rough the surfaces are will dictate the sandpaper grit you start with. For regular oxidation a 800 or finer grit to start with, for pitting a 200 grit to start with, then go to 400 and the 800. After the 800 you can use a fine emery.
Once they are uniformly smooth you don't have to worry about polishing them - the belt does an amazing job at that - lol.
