Is it the Ulmer weights that you list in your signature? If so, you can just
Take off the belt
Take the clutch cover off
You can then get to the weights without removing them.
Add the washers where needed. Need more info to take you any farther.

You will need to find out what weight rivets you have and see if there are heavier rivets available. Then you will need to drill out your existing rivets and put the heavier ones in.

If you have stock clutch weighs you can't add washers. You have to drill out exisitng rivits and add heavier ones.

the easiest way is to pull the clutch. then remove the 6 10mm bolts that hold the cover on and then you can access the weight. the Washers are held on with a screw. If there is a screw pull it out and add the washers to the proper area.
When you reinstall the clutch cover make sure you line up the X on the inside of the clutch cover to the X on the spider.
here is a pic of your weights. they look like Supreme tool weights

Before you remove the clutch cover, get a black marker and put a mark on the cover and on the clutch so you will keep it in balance. You don,t need to remove the clutch from the sled, just remove the 6 bolts that hold the cover on and it will slide over the big clutch bolt. To remove the weights from the clutch, loosen the small set screws 1/2 a turn and remove the bolt, nut and washers. Put a shop towel under the clutch, so when you drop the small white plastic washers, you won,t loose them. Once you do one, the other 2 will be easy. Again, you don,t need to remove the clutch from the sled. Good luck

Go to this site http://www.ulmerracing.com/ , go to instructions for stage 1 and 2 clutch kits. Allen is a super guy and has taken the time to provide us with great instructions, with pictures as well.
Let us know how you make out, and good luck.
