How does it sound?

sounds nice! now you just gotta tell us how you did it. btw, when and where was that vid taken. looks like the trails are starting to go to #*$&@ :-(

good sound, not real obnoxious. looks real nice. how much weight did you save?

Lost 5.5#'s onda fish scale.....what I like about this set-up is that at easy engagement and acceleration it won't turn many heads,....not much louder than a stock Apex....but it lets you know you DO have 1000cc's on tap....

Any difference on throttle responce? We tried one of those mufflers on a 08 Nitro and it was way too loud so we gutted it instead and now it's great!!!

those packs run straight through, but were louder than I thought I can get away with in Wisco., so I added the baffles, power seems to be at least what it was stock....

That sounds really nice. What part number Cherry Bombs did you use and how did you add baffles and were? Thanks, G.B.

Thrush wlk-24210
9" pc. of 1" conduit, ...3/4" long saw kerf cross cuts spaced 2" apart and at 90 degrees to each other.
cold chisel held parrallel to tube and driven in to form v-shaped indent at saw kerfs. Indents face inlet
5/8" ID X 1 3/4" flat washer gets welded to intake end of baffle.
I slid flat washer end into muffler and sltted and expanded other end to fit into tail reducer that comes through stock exhaust exits. all was welded in place, but the baffles could be made removable too.
This is what I did but alot of variables can be tried.
