I just bought a Phazer GT for the wife. I have a couple Rx1 sleds and have installed Zerk's on the a-arms, ski legs, and throughout the rear suspension as wear was a big issue.

Has this problem been solved on the Phazer, or should I plan on doing the same things to this sled.

To early to tell but have worked on quite a few YFZ quads of owners who dont grease anything and wear is not a issue.Wouldnt hurt to put fittings in or at least pull the bushings and grease them though.None of the steering linkage has grease fittings either.

Hey RedRX1 plan on putting zerks in the same places. I have a Mtn. Lite and the front a arms were sloppy loose after 1900 miles. All I do is powder and backwoods ride, Yamaha replaced under warranty.

Rats!!! I was afraid of that. I wish they'd just do it properly at the factory. It's not as bad as the old days when you spent more time fixing than riding, but we sure as he$$ spend a lot of time and $$ getting them set up to handle and survive.

If doo didn't have crap for engines, I'd be on one caus the doo handle. Yami's are great engines, but the "high quality" package can be a little questionable at times. I don't think I've owned on I didn't spend a lot of $$ to make into a great sled. My buddies on the doos and even cats give me a hard time about that. Of course you can consider both of those throw aways overall.
