I changed out my track when my sled was new and if I remember correctly it took me around 4-5 hours. I know I could do it now in 3 hours with what I learned the first time. You have to take everything out of the chain case and you need to remove the brake caliper and rotor. It's not a difficult job but it does take time. The one thing that I wish knew ahead of time is don't put the front cross shaft in until you have both the brake side and chain case side circlips on the rotor and gear because you need to use a ratchet strap to bring the tunnel together so they fit. If you do that then both clips will go on really easy and the job is a breeze.
