Welcome to the site. You will finds lots of useful info here. The dipstick to check your oil is located on the top of the oil tank. The oil tank is on the right side in the under hood location. You will have to remove the hood and the right side panel to access the oil tank. Once you remove the right side panel, you will see the oil tank towards the front (large gray/silver metal tank). The dipstick has a plug on the top of it, which you will have to unplug, then unscrew (counter-clockwise) the dipstick to remove. The measurements are right on the dipstick, which you will see once it is out of the oil tank. To check the oil level, do not screw the dipstick back in. Just stick it in the tank so it is seated flatly, but not screwed in. Hope that helps and good luck!

also make sure your sled is on the ground not on lift, and you can run oil just a tad below the full mark.

it depends on style of lift but your sled sets at a different level on the lift.
