How to measure toe out

I want to adjust my skis toe out 1/4 of an inch. Could someone give me the procedure to do this correctly. Thanks

Measure from the middle of one ski, to the middle of the other. In rear and in front. For 1/4" inch toe out you want the measurement to be 1/4" greater in front than in the rear.
