I noticed a bolt hanging out back behind the steel mesh under the tail light on my Warrior. How do you gain acsess to the muffler and also how do you remove the seat? It looks like some rivets have to be drilled out.
Thanks in advance

seat removal
remove two top hex screws on exhaust caps - then bottom one.
remove two phillips head screws on light bezel
remove the two bolt which fasten the seat down
lift seat, unplug harness and remove.

Bob, it's so easy it's not funny. Once you start removing bolts you will see that it just comes right off. Surprising how little holds it on there.

The muffler wont be exposed, but the exhaust shield covering it will be.

For most of us, our fat asses do a good job of holding it on there.

Yeah you're right Mike. A couple of people on this site were talking about how fat your #*$&@ is and how bad they feel for you seat and suspension! Just kidding. 8) 8) 8)
