Take the cover off the back of the seat (the one with mesh on it around the rear tail light). It's held on with philip screws.
Once that's off, there are two (10mm??) nuts that hold the seat down at the rear....Losen them and there will be enough slack for the hooks to come out of the brackets.
I believe the exaust covers have to come off too. They are held on by a few philips screws and the rear part of the exaust cover (round parts) use an allen key. (I believe only 3 of the alen screws actually hold that round cover on).
Once the back part of the seat is all unhooked, just pull the entire seat back and the front will come out of the brace.

Yea I figured that out. I had to cut my old seat cover to get the connector wire for the tail light out. I loved the last 700 miles with the extra foam seat. Now this summer I just need to recover. Thanks To all!
