How can I verify which weight is my tip weight ? Is there weight on each of my tips or just one ?

The end opposite your fingers is the "tip" of the flyweight.

The weights closest to the pin is the bottom(heel), middle, then top (tip). All your arms should have the same amount of weight in each spot.

looks like supertips with a tungsten and washer, washer, washer. (heel, middle, tip). I think my ulmer stg 2 is the same.
