Hurricane Tunes First Experience

all good advice in this thread. If you checked everything and still have problems consider a new map sensor a good thing to have as a spare anyway. Also check for exhaust leak at turbo maybe? inlet and outlet. as mentioned data logging is so useful. I had a major boost leak on my 2023 srx running Max 17 and only getting 14lbs boost. Ran it this way for a few hundred miles trail riding as just did not get to looking at it and ran just fine a bit down on performance and RPM of course. When I looked at my data logs more carefully noticed my waste gate data was showing 100 (fully closing, should be more like 50%)) trying to get the 17lbs boost. So I knew for sure had a major leak as waist gate at 100 should give 28lbs boost lol. Good luck
Where was the leak?

lol big leak. I had my sled all apart installing a MCX rad kit and left the hose off under the intake. Did this last year and with the bad year did not use my sled much and left apart too long as was not in a rush. I hooked up my boost leak tester and could not even make pressure so I knew a big leak lol and found my error quick. That little turbo was huffing and puffing to make about 13-14lbs but actually ran OK trail riding.

Happy with the rad kit? I don't see the price on the website.

I am using the BOP rad kit on my SW and it too works well. I have not seen limp mode even in warm icy or low snow conditions since I installed it a few years ago.
