Where was the leak?all good advice in this thread. If you checked everything and still have problems consider a new map sensor a good thing to have as a spare anyway. Also check for exhaust leak at turbo maybe? inlet and outlet. as mentioned data logging is so useful. I had a major boost leak on my 2023 srx running Max 17 and only getting 14lbs boost. Ran it this way for a few hundred miles trail riding as just did not get to looking at it and ran just fine a bit down on performance and RPM of course. When I looked at my data logs more carefully noticed my waste gate data was showing 100 (fully closing, should be more like 50%)) trying to get the 17lbs boost. So I knew for sure had a major leak as waist gate at 100 should give 28lbs boost lol. Good luck

lol big leak. I had my sled all apart installing a MCX rad kit and left the hose off under the intake. Did this last year and with the bad year did not use my sled much and left apart too long as was not in a rush. I hooked up my boost leak tester and could not even make pressure so I knew a big leak lol and found my error quick. That little turbo was huffing and puffing to make about 13-14lbs but actually ran OK trail riding.Where was the leak?

very happy works fantastic. Big difference with a bit more coolant and rad and fan. Can let your sled idle for 20min easy. Forget what I paid but pricy $$ for sure.Happy with the rad kit? I don't see the price on the website.

YES. I have been debating this for awhile. Not anymore. I will be data logging next season.I know people are probably sick of hearing this but when your sled is having running issues that need solving that is where data logging is invaluable. If I purchased and was setting up another SW I would again have Hurricane tunes and the data logging feature would be a must.

I have a 17 winder with hurricane 240ss, cai, 3 bar map sensor, turbo smart bov. 9000 miles been tuned since around 1000 miles. I’m gonna say you had some bad fuel I’ve heard mine pop like that on wide open pulls every once and awhile usually when I’m in northern Quebec buying fuel from outfitters in the middle of the bush. But good luck

Check your hoses and confirmed they aren't clogged or frozen shut. Should be no water in there.

I had the sd26 code, washed out the inter cooler with degreaser then soaked it in hot hot water and dish soap.
