I am putting an SC10 III skid in my 03 RX (advice wanted)

Skid is from an 04 rev 600 adrenaline. Has this been done before???

Dave, that's a great skid...had it on my REV. Only problem is I don't think you will find anyone here who has done it. Reason why I know this because I considered doing this when I had my 2003 because I always liked the SD skids.

I am sure it could be done but I am afraid you may be the first.

Thanks for the reply. I have the skid it is from a 2004 600HO adrenaline. I am going to a freinds house to measure his 04 500SS this weekend to get the mounting hole locations for my RX1. I will also need to make some reinforcing plates and new drop down brackets for the rear mount. I do not feel that this will be too big of a project. The hard part might be finding the right spring preload and limiter settings for the RX1 with this skid. (I hope that i do not need stiffer springs) I weigh about 160 and ride pretty agressive.


I will keep you posted on my progress. Ounce I have some proven mounting locations and tips I will post.
