The picture posted of the exhaust showing where it hit I noticed no tunnel protectors on it so of course its going to hit the exhaust. I will be leaving my tunnel protectors on and have studs. So if it hits I will definitely see if it hits. Lets just hope it doesnt!. My exhaust is here at the post office, cant get it until tomorrow and my sled should be back from hurricane at the end of the week. I cant wait to ride a turbo nytro

I have read most of that. I got the exhaust today and is identical to that one. The quality is really nice, all the welds look top notch and the construction looks very nice. My turbo should be good to go by the weekend so when I get my studs, seat, and other stuff on I will try and get some pics up of the install.

Does this exhaust work with the stock header or midpipe (whatever its called) without any modifications to it? Thanks

You have to cut it like 5 5/8 inches or so. It might be different but thats the directions for the mtx. Also mine may be different with the turbo not using the stock header. I have to get my sled here before I know any thing for sure

I am thinking of ordering that exhaust on ebay, it looks nice and a great price. However i'm running a 1.75" track with all the tunnel protectors removed. Can I still add the under tunnel exhaust without any worries of my track wiping it out? Also can someone tell me if there is an after market seat like on the Polaris IQ's or the new Cat's? I prefer that inverted slant look vs the traditional look.

They use these exhaust on the mountain sleds so I would think a 1.75 would work.

That just looks like the stock seat modified. Its nice but i think I know what your talking about. I just ordered a skinz protective gear seat and its bad #*$&@! The frame I had powder coated, if you do a search a guy has a pic of it installed. They are wicked light. I think its a six pound weight savings. The under tunnel exhaust should be fine with your set up. Shoot that guy and email if you want to ask. Its pretty much identical to tachycardia tunnel dump and I spoke with him and said it works fine wiht the tunnel protectors off. If not I am sure their is a way to make it work. I cant get pics up until I get my sled back from hurricane performance. This weekend I hope!

does anyone have the instructions to install either this exhaust or the tachycardia? or a pic of it installed?
cuz well tach took his pic down and now i cant even see where it is supposed to mount. I'd rather not guess at how much midpipe to cut off.

not to be negative...but this tunnel dump with studs just how do you think this wont rip it to shreds exactly?

I would certainly be careful to measure clearances with this exhaust and studs. I ruined the Hauck exhaust in my Vector because I ran the studs down the middle and they hit the exhaust even with the stock tunnel protectors in place.

exhaust
anyone else running this exhaust?
im in the proccess of installing and running into issues. the exhaust wants to ride up and be too high for the tunnel closure to fit. like a half inch too high. other than that, i've managed to figure out mounts for it that attach to the tunnel protectors.

Look on ebay for a vector header it does not have the angle that the nytro header does. Next year I am going to run the excell vector header to a under tunnel exhaust
