I can smell som oil when i drive my RX1 Attak -07?
I can´t finde any leak and the smell go away kickly!
Are there any vent for the oil in the motor or the chaincase!
(I´m from Sweden and not so god in spelling)

I smell gearlube from the vent of the chaincase when running higher speeds too. Its just the gearcase getting warm and venting. No worries.

Be sure the vent hose from the crank case is hooked to the crankcase and the airbox !

Check your chaincase oil level to make sure the oil isn't leaking out.
The 06 and 07 were prone to leaking if ridden hard. There is an updated chaincase cover that makes sure it doesn't happen again.

My Yamaha dealer have not heard about any leak from chaine case! (Sweden)

No, it is not hard to change the cover, but it would be very easy to overtighten the bolts. Go with a torque wrench that is easy to use with low torque settings. Newer cover has a different lip (in the corner I think) to hold the gasket in place better. In reality, I bet you have no more than a 1-3% chance of a failure with the original cover.
somebody used some logic a while back that stuck with me.
make sure your vent is clearly unobstructed, it is the slot in the rubber stopper on the dipstick. Makes sense to me, a high speed run heats up the oil which causes pressure.
