Im looking to put some icescratchers on my 08 vector, what style do all you other riders use or have tryed, Im leaning towards the ones bolted to skis, scared that ones that bolt to slide rails will get caught in track when sliding into corners, etc.

There's a new style out. Looks like 5/8" steel cable that has a weighted end. Going to put them on my Apex Mtn. Not a worry using reverse.

Bigger. My dealer says they are the latest and greatest. Will be good for reverse mode.

where can they be found??
5/8 would be overkill in my opinion 3/8 would be about right as the tailgate ones I used were not stiff enough.

Too bad someone did'nt build scratchers that fasten to the a arms, faceing towards or away from the skies. Something made of a spring material that basically draged sideways and would'nt get torn off from reverseing, and could clip onto the a arm when not in use.
That would be my invention for fame and forntune, but I don't have the time or the resourses for such a venture.
