I got cable scratchers in my hand sled on the side, what to do. i seen the pic on here of mounted on the ski but i never heard a review. I want to do in front of front wheels but scared about drilling in the skinny part of the rail. Does it kick enough up being on the skies?

i got trail blizzer cables and they did nothing on the rails at the front obviously. so i mounted them in front of the spindles on the skis and have them so i can fold them up. no problems now i get the snow i need

Im not disagreeing but i thought the idear was that snow rotates with the track to lube the front of the skid? So your saying that snow goes through the holes in the track to lubricate the skid?

I mounted mine in the middle of my rails and it works good for me. I get a lot of miles out of my slides. But try mounting them in different locations and see what works well for you.

Will you take a pic and post it? I have an Attak and will be mounting scratchers. I will mount them back on the rail, if you say it works, just want a visual.

scratchers

Scratchers are a pain in the #*$&@. Install larger wheels or the pioneer offset wheel mounts. That's what I did.
