I want to put a set of ice scratcher for low snow conditions. So what kind are the best. I have found several that mount to the susp. but was thinking that the ones that mount to the skis would be better. holz, and SLP have the susp type but I can't find any made for stock yamaha skis.
So which one's are best.

I had a set from Mountain Performance on my Warrior. They mounted to the rails and clipped to the front idler wheel when not in use. They were a nice set.
I didn't reall use them so I pulled them midseason last year and sold them.

my friend got some from simmons with his skis they mount on the skis.they make the most outrageous snow dust storm you ever saw, at first it was a riot, then just very annoying.
