Anyone have any suggestions for my icing running boards and plugged with snow footwells.I was gonna stud my riding boots but figured it might be a liitle hard on the seat Ha ha.Looked at better boards will they work or does the outside rail still turn into a popsicle you have to boot the crap out of all day
I did the Rox treads at first, the little 3" by1" cleats they offer, worked pretty good, but this spring I did the better boards and Im positive they will work perfect.

ran better boards all last year on a nytro and my apex. They still ice up but are much easier to clean out. Plus you still get grip from the taller boards. Outside edge still ices up pretty easilly.

I'm using better boards right now and they work very well. They sit up enough not to ice up. Its great to be able to ride for 9 months of the year, Australia-Tahoe-Australia.
