For just jets, I like to use yamaha combustion chamber cleaner, fill up a small container, like the float bowl off the carb and stick all your jets in there for a few hours, it will clean off all the green, varnish, and whatever else was growing on your jets(pluss whatever was in your float bowl). Remove and blow them out with compressed air and inspect, jets that are plugged hard might need to go into the solution for a few more hours.
If you can find a dealer with an ultrasonic cleaner, this is the best for cleaning the carb bodies without splitting the rack. otherwise kleen flow parts/carb cleaner(available at napa) will clean them out pritty good, but this is a very powerful chemical, and you should use PPE.... also its not that friendly to rubber or plastic, and only dunk something for an hour or 2.
Idle mixture screw should be 1-3/4 turns to 2 turns out from lightly seated. if you remove the needle remember there is a tiny o-ring, washer and spring that are in the bore.
good luck
