If you had $3000 to spend on your Nytro what would you do first. Lightweight skid a better track and a set of floats for the front? Or save up a few more coin for a turbo????? Also FYI I have not rode it at all yet..

What i would do first in floats, different skid, and then nitrous.

What kind of riding do you prefer?
If you want to hillclimb and compete with your buddies (or destroy them), then save for boost, it makes an unbelievable difference.
If you just like to boondock then go for some l/w goodies and suspension upgrades.
