ignition module question

I just installed a power commander and a ignition module.
question? On the igniton module there were two other sets of wire harnesses that the directions don't show. What are these for?

gotta watch how you plug that in, I know one of the ends is supposed to sit freely and did not hook up to anything, ill see if i can dig up my instructions

I see that it looked like the ignition module will plug into the power commander.

you can conect to a multi function hub for other accessories...and other ports you have arent needed for our applications

So if they are made to hook together. Why doesn't it show or tell about it in the installation sheets.

Ulmer Racing has step by step instructions with photos for both the power commander and the ignition module. Shouldnt be any doubts after reviewing.
