I'm beginning to see the early stages of TURBO ENVY!

Is it just me or are there others beginning to see the early stages of turbo envy too? It seems like just about every guy I plan to ride with this winter is going to be sporting falsies! I mean come on the RX-1 when clutched properly is a match for any sled but you guys just can't leave well enough alone can you? NO......... You just had to go out and spend the big bucks to make the RX-1 look good in front of God and everyone! That's great, I applaude your efforts but you are making the rest of us look like chopped liver out here.
Now I know how a woman must feel when her friend gets a boob job. She knows they aren't real but the guys don't know the difference and really don't care either. All she (and we will ) know is her friend is now getting all the attention. Same with the turbo RX-1. You guys are going to make me have to go to therapy or spend $5,000 too! Nice analogy PB There is a cure for whats ailing ya buddy it's called BUY ONE :lol: From what I understand it will really benefit you mountain riders so remember you only live once! Myself I'm happy with the phony 128 that my speedo indicates at WOT when it becomes standard equipment I'm buying another one and giving this one to the wife unless she wants a boob job instead :lol:

Don't spend $5,000 on therapy. A turbo is cheaper. :lol:

Oh I'll wait another year too because if I don't I'll be sleeping in my truck :shock: I love the idea of the racers getting turbos and kicking the stuffing out of the other sleds. It's just when you and I end up being the "other sleds" then it really starts to hurt.

Good point Spray. Maybe tomorrow in place of my 2 1/4" finger track I'll just MISTAKENLY order a turbo :roll: That would NOT go over well. Hey, maybe next summer they'll have a deal on them for maybe $3,299? I'd seriously look at one but for $5,000ish plus gauges. YIKES. PB

really last year the hot topic was the racheting problems this year it seems to be what kind of turbo ,intercooler no intercooler.wastegate settings.my my how we have progressed :shock:

MXZ900, you should feel sorry for me :cry: I have about $1,500 for RX-1 stuff remaining for this season. If I hadn't bought the ATACC and the water temp. gauge and the other MUST HAVE items I'd probably have close to the entrance fee. Oh well.
Black Sabbath and I will watch and learn and hopefully get a smokin deal from one of these guys when the turbo takes them so far up the mountain they soil themselves :lol: Powder Blue
