Alright I am in the middle of aligning my split rail skis and have a question. I made two chalk lines, I'm measuring from the front and rear stud bolt, I have a bungee cord pulling the tips together a bit, the problem I am having is I get a 1/8" to out on the ski, but I can move the ski away from the sled a little bit because of play I guess then I have 1/4" toe out, should I be pulling the skis in so there is no more play when pulling the skis toward the sled if that makes any sense or should I push the skis away from the sled and then be measuring? Thanks A lot for any fast responses!

just did mine had the same problem, did it the same way as you are with the bungee,i measured with the bungee on the skis and the presure being pulling the ski in towards the sled.worn bushings is the problem,i just did my top arm's,should of done the spindle bushings too
