Alot of the mountain riders are recommending the AEM wide band.

how much for these fjo gauges in blue version?

I have three almost brand new Innovates gauges that shows either Anything (random values) or that stupid flashing 7.4 value...

I am extremely bored fiddling with this crap...

Does it read AFRs for methanol fuel? Just a thought.

Its a lambda gauge... it will read for any fuel, as long as you program the gauge to display the correct afr at lambda.

Lamda is different for each different fuel.

I know that, that's why I asked the question which wasn't a question afterall :-)

My Innovate LC-1 and XD-16 have been working just fine for more than a year now. I bought it off one of the site supporters, Ted Jannetty.

I've purchased at least 10 LC1's in the past couple of years. Use them on customer sleds, our sleds, and on my Superflow Dyno. I Solder all connections and bolt down the grounds like Innovate Tells you. Must have had 5 out of 10 so far come back.

I will say, Innovate has been good with the warranty's so far, just sent them 2 more will see what they do with these. WHAT A PAIN IN THE AZZ. :flag:

Check out these threads .... I'm a Chevy guy (Silverado SS) and remembered seeing these .... had to dig'm up again for the gee-wiz factor .... just like everything else and especially with our high-performance boosted vehicles .... setup-setup-setup ... my Innovate hasn't missed a beat since I installed it ... and it has already paid for itself many times over dialing-in my boost/nitrous combination ... if the LC-1 ever dies on me ... I'd certainly be willing to give the FJO setup a try ... ;-)

We have no tie to Innovate. We chose to integrate them with our gauges as the design and performance has been the best from all the units we have tested. Dynotune has 1000's of these units in the field in Cars - Trucks - ATV's - Speedboats - Bikes - Jet Skis - Snowmobiles and the list goes on. Here is what we have seen. For every 100 units we ship out we typically have 10-15 with problems. We eliminate 50% of the problems over the phone as they are wiring or grounding issues. Of the other 7-8 we have those sent back to us. 50% of those that come back to us and work perfectly. We have a test bench in house to fully test the units. The remaining 3-4 do have hard failures.

I sell and install hundreds of these Innovate Wide band Gauge kit, with little or no problems, any of the tech questions I deal with are alway install related.

Some tips to help things go smooth.
Read the instructions front to back before you go near the install.
Solder all connections
Ground to battery when possible both the gauge and the LC1
O2 sensor should be at 3:00 O'clock or 9:00 O'clock positions in the exhaust to prevent water from hitting sensor.
Rear mounts will be mean to sensors because of water in exhaust when warming up, so I recommend putting sytem on a separate switch to dry out exhaust before turning on Wide Band.
The Wide band Sensor runs at 1500 degrees heated by the battery power, if a drop of water hits it, the sensor fails, this is with all sensors.

The Innovate is the ONLY kit on the market that will tell you your sensor is bad, others will continue to work and give false readings.

This is a big concern if your in the tuning stages of your build, you could be tuning to a false reading with other sensor systems.

I trust Innovate Exclusively, I have tried all others also.

Ted.

Double grounds , bolted , soldered ,
still no reliability , wired as per instructions.

New instructions are differant than last years !

3 different gauge packages , 3 different inatalls
We will see how Innovate warranty is !
