I installed a 2" riser I bought from Hartman Inc, and am curious about cable routing, the brake line and throttle. The brake seems fine, I removed the small clamp off the coolant level tank, and ran the line back behind it. Thr throttle cable seems pretty close to beeing ok, but when you crank the bars all the way left or right, it almost wants to pull a bit on the carb mounting bracket. To get any more slack, what method(s) has anyone used? It almost seems if one tried to bend the metal tube part of the cable, right before the carbs, a little more straight, all would be perfect. Is there any pics around showing what people have done, or info?
Thanks....PS.............IT'S SNOWING TODAY !!!

When I went to a 2" riser; I removed the rivet that prevents the bars from rotating forward in the clamps and left the gold hoop comming from the two forward bolts. This gave me plenty off play to prevent issues with the throttle cable.
Here's a picture from when I had the stock bars and 2" riser. You can sort of see that the bars go more up rather than straight back from the steering post.
Also attached is a picture of my current bar configuration with the Fly Aoerotaper SnoX Mountain bend bars and Fly 8" risers. All wires were spliced so the connections are under the hood and a longer brake line and throttle cable are installed.

Thanks for the pics. I moved things around and pretty well got things working right. I noticed as well, that I needed to make the bars a little more straight up than before. Will see iif I can tweek it just a bit more.
