taking my rx1 to 136.have the sled apart just not sure how replace the drivers.also,do the drivers need to be cut down looks like thet will be pretty close to the skid.any help would be appreciated.they are 9 toothdrivers

you'll need to press the old drivers off and then press the doo drivers back on, as far as shaving them I'm not too sure since I'll be doing the same thing as you in about a week
any snowmobile dealer can press the drivers on for you just so you know

You need to take off an 1/8 of an inch of the tips.

Just grind 1/8 off of each tooth.

I guess I have a few more questions.The doo drivers are a different shape from one side to the other is there a specific way they should be faced.I see there is an arrow on the drivers I assume this is to keep them synced,correct?Also on the axle there are 2 lock collars,one at each end,do you still use these.If you do where do you put them,in the stock location or move them up against the new drivers?Is there anything else I should replace?Sled has 850 miles everthing seems ok?Thanks

While ur there grease up the shaft bearings if there not rusted out. If there rusted out change them
