Guys, I plan to do my own carb float bowl update. I will also be going to Holtzman carb slide springs at that time. Is it a good idea to have my carbs synched after such a process?
Also, have there been any updates to the jetting specs from Yamaha for 04 for the RX-1? Is a 135 main jet still good from 1,700 to 6,700 feet? Powder Blue

Doing a carb sync certainly won't hurt, but I don't know that it is required. When you come down to ride you can use my "crab tuner".

After we gut your exhaust you're going to need more than 135's

Gut my exhaust? I was thinking if I just punched and clipped my track I could afford the White Knuckle exhaust like the big boys have.
My dealer is in Montana and I will need to go over this summer (to see the inlaws) and I was wondering if it is worth throwing my sled in the truck and having them synch them for me (since they'd do it for free and who know what a delaer here would charge me? PB
