I know that it is an inconvenience for sure that this problem exists, but look at the big picture.
"FIT AND FUNCTION" aside, because I am real tired of that slogan, the Apex I rode was extremely fun, awesome in the mountains.
Bottom line, guys should always count on clothing first, be ready for stuff not to work, wear great outerwear and carry light gloves, but we are aware of it, so be ready to wear the best gloves you can.
I was going to put hand guards on mine, has anyone used them, and are they worth the hassle? I know putting a windshield on my quad that covered the bars was an amazing addition for plowing snow, and I dont have warmers on it, with the wind blocked I dont need them.

I now have almost 300 miles on my Attak. I am very critical of anything mechinical. That is why I could never own an arctic cat or polaris. I just can't find anything wrong with these sleds except the hand warmers, thats it. No big deal. This will get solved by Yamaha or others on this site first and than the rest will be history. These will be benchmark sleds that others will try to catch up to. Oh! one more small thing. I think I may put on a set of ski-doo 6.9 pilot skis for better floatation.

All I can say is WOW! The responses were exactly what I was hoping for.

On another note,
It just stopped Snowing here today and we have a foot over the 2 inches from the other day. Tonight I am going to finish up studding and I am going for a ride tommow!!! Can't wait!
