I have a price of $9875 this includes skid plate, 114 studs/w tower nuts,12v dc outlet, heated shield plug in, tall windshield w/ wings, belt, cover. Then I get 300 back from yamaha so $9575.00. Is this a good deal.

Sounds great, that's how all dealers should do it.
It would move the units much better.
They get all accessories at dealer cost anyway.

I got mine for $9650 in NH. Got $400.00 cash back so $9250 OTD. No accessories but most of those extras except studs are not all that expensive and you can install them yourself. With the studs it's a fair deal. I'd say go for it.
