Is this normal? Movement in secondary

I have 20mi on my '07 attak. I opened up the left side just to check it out. I noticed that when I grab the outside shieve on the secondary, I can move it in and out about 2mm. Is this normal? Also, what height is best to have the belt at?

I have a 07 apex gt and it also moves a little bit

i think 2 mm's is what the manual says it supose to move and yes the belt is supossed to be above the secondary a little like 2 mm as well.

It is called afloating secondary, and yes it is normal. Allen Ulmer can tell you more of why it is a benifit, but I do know that the slop is normal.
