Jack shaft bearing

Big nut on the jack shaft is gone to.

A little confused about removing the bearing from the frame. Following the directions from the TY Tech section. It says to:

"Use the shaft as a 'ram' type puller to remove the PTO side bearing. 3-4 good tugs on the shaft and the bearing should pop out. You can heat the bearing seat if necessary to make removing it a little easier."

Are you supposed to use the locking nut and as the "ram"? Do you reverse them on the shaft and put the nut on the outside?

I'm trying to remember but I think that I left the retaining nut on the inside, placed a wood block on the other end of the shaft, heated the housing and used a big hammer to hit the right (non-clutch) side. Make sure the C-clip is out of the housing.

Anyone know what brand and kind these picks are? I'm running a cobra track with 1.45 picks on my Apec Attak gt, am i going to run into any issues with picks hitting/rubbing inside the tunnel?

the 1 on the right is a Woody's gold digger.

You will get a better response if you start a new thread, some people might read the title and not open it.
