I re-installed my skid and can't seem to get the jackshaft driver teeth to stay lined up with the track lug; keeps slipping up. I have loosened the track back up, positioned, tightened the axle and spun the track to check alignment and the driver position some how slips up and interferes with track lug.

Can anyone provide some help?

Get everything loose and then have a buddy hold it in place while you installed the bearing cap, speedo and nuts. keep trying it will go.

The "Jackshaft Driver Teeth" throws you for a moment. The drivers are on the Drive Shaft. Also, it is not clear to me what you mean by the teeth "slipping up." Can you be a bit more descriptive? Could it be that the track is too loose? What are you doing to measure track tension?

Yeah, unclear on exactly what your asking. If you are reinstalling your skid, why did you take it out? Just regular maintainance or did you change tracks, drivers, anything and everything you did is helpfull in determining your problem. Also the Jack-Shaft is the shaft that the secondary clutch is mounted to, the Drive-Shaft is the shaft that drives the track. No big deal on the mix-up just helps if we are all talking about the same thing using the same terms.

By the way when you need help... :rocks:
