Just recive a survey from Headquarters

I just filled out a survey from a Yamaha e-mail about 10 different questions and at the end of the survey they asked if I had any thing else to add lol so I asked where my goggle bag and RR rear rails were . So if you get the email maybe add your concerts too.

I have yet to fill mine out. Basically, have not for 2 reasons. The first being the survey is in regards to the dealer, not Yamaha Inc. I'm afraid ripping on anything will go against the dealer, whom has done nothing wrong and didn't promise me things and not deliver (or tell me subject to change.) I will probably go with your idea and add comments at the end directed toward the co. The 2nd reason is that I have not actually picked up the sled yet. It is at the dealer getting prepped. So, technically I can't make final comments until it's actually in my possession.

i asked for my dx shield ,belly pan protector ,and to show the parts break down and maybe some clutching info .

Mostly asks where you get services done and buy your parts from and how often you ride .

I made a point of telling them what I thought of their handling of the connecting rods on the 2016's.
