Does anyone have any experience with the pre studded Kimpex track. I would like to go with that type of track and I'm not crazy about the cheese grater type clips on the Camoplast and was wondering about the Kimpex track. Thanks

I don't think that the embedded studs are sharp like the Camoplast tracks. The carbides have a flat top to them, not a point. I wouldn't bother as the traction wouldn't be as good as the Camoplasts on ice.
Are you having issues with the track clips?

yes, the kimpex track SUCKS!!, i thought it would be just as good as the camoplast and it was cheaper but i made a huge mistake. definatly get the camolast.
Thanks guys, I guess I'll go with the Camo. I haven't ran that style of clip but I thought I had heard somewhere that guys weren't getting good life out of their sliders compared to the regular clips.

No, guys weren't getting good slider wear because they're Yamahas. Upgrade/install extra larger sized wheels and be done with slider wear.
