I am looking for info regarding a Klim jacket. I wear a Tekvest and find that and my Klim Klimate jacket too warm and bulky. I was thinking of trying a Klim powerxross pullover non insulated jacket. Anyone her try one? Was it warm and did you find the feel of it OK versus a normal type zipper up jacket....

I've ridden with a TekVest for 10 yrs. and worn a Klim Tomahawk for 4 yrs and a Togwotee for the last 6. Using the layer system I'm usually comfortable. The only issue I've had is my arms will occasionally get cold. I tried a SplitTec pullover and hated it. Made my arms sweat like crazy. The TekVest is great for keeping your trunk warm and protected!!

Ditto what V_D said.........I rode for several years with a Yamaha Team jacket with liner removed, which makes it essentially a heavy weight shell.......the only problem area he highlighted is keeping the arms at least comfortable......torso is fine.......I went to a Klim Vector jacket last year and no more layers.........or at least haven't needed any yet.....but probably too warm for you from what you described........
