About 4 years ago, I bought a pair of the Klimate gloves to use EXCLUSIVELY for snowmobiling. Well I started to notice the seams failing in the fingers, and the palms started to wear, then eventually cracked. I thought "CRAP!" Now I have to buy another pair of gloves. So I went window shopping... YIKES! $100+ for GLOVES! WTF? (frick 
) so I asked our local KLIM retailer what the warranty was, and he said it was generally a lifetime guarantee (within reason).
So I contacted KLIM just before the Holidays and sent them pictures as requested using the online claim form. Justifiably, it took a couple weeks but here is the response I got yesterday:
Thank you for sending your 3239-002 in for evaluation. I want to inform you that your product has been replaced to the Material Cracking. You have been sent your new replacement today. If it looks different it is because it is a newer version.
