Yes Travis is really fair for us Canucks in my experience.
 

Some of our products are copied by our competitors. It's very sad but we have to live with it. People don't even make modifications to them they sell them the same. (Chargetube, bellypan ...)

Many of our customers and dealers have asked us for a in-house shaftsaver, so following requests, we have designed 1 to our standards and specifications. No key needed to adjust it, flush mount, zinc coated ...

What you don't like it's the price we offer it. Because already 3-4 companies sell an exact copy of your products at the same price as you, but you don't mind.

PEFI just joined TY today guys, I’m sure he’s already contact mr. sled to become a vendor on this site... esp if he’s going to copy other vendors products! Wouldn’t be good business sense otherwise!

What is sad, is this device took some thinking to come up with the idea. I recall many of us talking about ways to keep things in check, but Travis was the brain that thought of expanding the driveshaft to bite the bearing. There was a LONG thread of smart guys here with many ideas, NONE had this idea. TRAVIS DID, PERIOD.

So its not the fact his is slightly different, or his so called 'customers' requested him to make one(highly unlikely IMO) I believe its the IDEA that was stolen. Sure anyone can claim they had the same idea, but lets face it, that is unlikely.

Hopefully TY faithfull will continue to patronize BOP, IMO the mind where most all the fixes for these Winders comes to fruition....Looks like Precision also has a cross shaft, likely another idea taken from Travis. SAD.

What companies are selling copies? I suspect what you think are copies are actually mine. I have several performance shops and dealerships in Canada selling them.
 
Everyone is doing it.....

So many have copied our rollers, it's not even funny.

We sell our products to dealers, distributors and vendors, the dealers, distributors and vendors take our products out of our packaging and sell it as their own.
