knock sensor or engine problem?

On my last ride in Revy on the way up the trail my intercooler boots blew off, put them back on started up the trail again, it started raining and one of the guys broke their steering post so we decided to head back down. On the way down my sled started acting up and shut off almost killed the battery trying to get it going when I finally realized that the throttle bodies came off on the motor side of the injectors - all besides one. When I finally got it running and started down the trail my knock sensor (parker) started flashing. IT would flash all the way up to the top and back down again. This happened about 10 times within 20km. Got back home, thought I had f ixed everything but it is still the same. Just wondering what might have happened.
